1. Service Description

WaveScope is a YouTube niche intelligence SaaS tool. It helps content creators and agencies identify profitable niches by analyzing public data such as search volume, competition, median views, and opportunity scores.

The service is operated by WaveScope, accessible at wavescope.app.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WaveScope, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. User Account

To access the service's features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized use of your account.

4. Plans and Payments

WaveScope offers several plans:

• Free: 5 lifetime analyses, no credit card required.
• Creator: monthly or annual subscription with 40 analyses per month.
• Pro: monthly or annual subscription with 150 analyses per month and full feature access.
• Studio: monthly or annual subscription with 500 analyses per month, including 3 user seats.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Analysis packs are single-use and non-refundable except under the guarantee described in Article 5.

5. Money-Back Guarantee

Creator, Pro and Studio subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee from the subscription date. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us via wavescope.app within that period for a full refund, no questions asked.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use WaveScope only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access features without payment;
• Resell, sublicense, or share your account with third parties;
• Use automated scripts to query the service abusively;
• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All elements of WaveScope (code, design, brand, generated content) are the exclusive property of WaveScope. Data from your analyses belongs to you and may be freely exported.

Use of the service does not grant you any ownership rights over the platform or its components.

8. Service Availability

WaveScope strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. WaveScope shall not be liable for damages resulting from temporary unavailability.

9. Limitation of Liability

Analyses provided by WaveScope are based on public YouTube data and are provided for informational purposes only. WaveScope does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or commercial relevance of the results. Use of the data is at your sole discretion and risk.

In no event shall WaveScope be liable for lost revenue, profits, or any indirect damages resulting from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. WaveScope reserves the right to suspend or delete any account in case of breach of these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

WaveScope reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and absent amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of WaveScope's registered office.
